Product Care
Our jewellery is fashioned from a range of natural gemstones and high purity silver beads pendants and other accessories.
Gemstones have surfaces polished to mirror like finishes and the high gloss finishes such as those on obsidian are prone to fingerprint smudges if handled routinely, we recommend using zero lint cloth suitable for glass to clean these surfaces if needed.
Though many gemstones are renowned for high hardness they can be prone to shattering or cleaving when shocked, do not drop and avoid knocking against hard surfaces.
Silver parts are prone to discolouration the longer they are exposed to oxygen in the air, we recommend storing them in the airtight lock bag when not in use. If silver parts to become discoloured over time soft cotton pads can be used to remove very light discolouring or commercial silver cleaners if a tarnish develops and lighter solvents are unable to remove the tarnish.
