While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Anonymous totals of purchases of products are recorded by our on site e-commerce module and is only visible to ourselves, data is recorded as sales and is used to help with business management.

Our website does not currently support and therefore collect users image data as of May 2020.
Contact forms
Contact forms send data directly to us via email as of May 2020, data is considered to entered under consent as is provided directly by customer including name, contact information and message and is not used for marketing purposes.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

YAN jewellery does NOT currently use Google analytics services as of May 2020.
We have subscribed to google AD to place advertisements for the sake of increasing google SEO ranking.
We do NOT currently subscribe to google re-marketing of advertisements.
Google and other third-party vendors may show our ads on websites you visit after visiting our website.
Similar interest ads my be shown on other websites because you have visited our website in the past.
You can opt out of remarketing campaigns through the Google Ad Settings page.
Transactional data is passed from our website to Paypal to allow paypal to process transactions which is handled off site.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Business transaction purchase records need to be keep for tax purposes for up to 10 years.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Customer data collected as listed above is passed through our cloud service to our servers in North America, we ensure to all reasonable measures that data belonging to customers of the European Union and all other international customers data is only collected to the extent that we minimally need to conduct business as listed above and that records stored on our server are encrypted in databases only viewable by us.

We minimize all collection of data and do not hold any payment information, databases are hidden to reasonable measures, in the event of a breach we will collect any effected parties.
What third parties we receive data from
Yan jewellery receives information from our hosting provider of number of page views, unique IP visits and general geographical placement of IP visit limited to country domain, IP information is not visible nor collected by us. We use this information to further commercial activities.
